摘 要:针对电介质介电常数的传统测量方法对试样形状要求严格和对有生命物质不易实现等方面的弊端 ,本文研究了终端开口波导法确定电介质相对介电常数εr 的测量原理和方法 ,给出了计算εr 的拟合解 ,并在自行设计的微波CAT (ComputerAidedTest)系统上实现了自动测量 .实验结果表明 ,该方法原理清晰、测试简捷、精度较高 。Viewing at the shortcomings of traditional microwave dielectric constant measurement methods which require rigorous sample shape and are very hard to be obtained on the zoetic creature, the principle and method of 'open-ended wave-guide' is studied and its regression solution needed for computing ε r is given. In addition, the automatic measurement of this method is realized on microwave CAT (Computer Aided Test) system which was designed this research. The test result has shown that the method is characterized by its clear principal, simple and convenient operation, with high accuracy. It's especially suitable to measure the relative dielectric constant of zoetic creature.
