摘　　要：目的　探讨 Kikuchi淋巴结炎的病理组织学特点 ,病理诊断及鉴别诊断。方法　应用光镜、免疫组化染色的方法对我院诊断的 4例病理切片标本进行观察 ,同时复习文献。结果　Kikuchi是多发于青年女性的原因不明的自限性疾病 ,病变淋巴结出现坏死区、交界区、周边区 ,免疫组化无明显特异性。结论　结合病史掌握病变的分区及各区的细胞学特点 。Objective To investigate the pathologic-histology characters,pathologic diagnosis and distinguish diagnosis of Kikuchi lymphadenitis.MethodTo observe the 4 cases of Kikuchi lymphadenitis in our hospital with immunohistochemistry method and review.Result Most Kikuchi lymphadenitis is a natural cure disease occured in young women,and there appear necrosis,junctional and peripheral area in diseased lymph node.Conclusion Kikuchi lymphadenitis can be diagnose by combining patient's history and zoning of the pathologic change and its characters.
