摘　　要：目的为检验胶体金免疫层析法(GICA)试纸条检测霍乱弧菌(VC)的灵敏性及其实际应用意义.方法以VC菌株模拟标本检验GICA的检测灵敏度,并与培养法平行检测流行期间的霍乱标本进行比较.结果GICA检测纸条检出VC的下限为105cfu/ml,比培养法灵敏度低,但已达到检测条原定技术指标;实际应用检出率比培养去稍低,其差异无显著性意义.结论应用GICA试纸条检测VC的方法具有快速、简便、特异和适合基层单位使用的优点.Objective To confirm the sensitivity and practical value of gold colloid immunochromatography(GICA) strips for detecting Vibrio Cholerae(VC). Methods GICA sensitivity was tested using imitated samples contained VC, Sensitivity of GICA and culture method were compared to detect samples collected from epidemic period. Results The minimal detection limit of the GICA strips were 10~5 cfu/ml, It was less sensitive than culture method, but the original quality and performance of GICA strips had been achieved. The detective rates of GICA for practical application were lower than culture method, but the difference is not significant.(p > 0. 05) Conclusion The method of detecting VC with GICA strips is rapid, simple, specific and suitable for use at grassroot level.
