摘 要:目的探讨复聪片防治老年性聋的机制。方法以老年大鼠疆孔内神经纤维和螺旋神经节为观察指 标。结果发现复聪片能有效支持上述蜗内神经结构。结果提示蜗内神经结构的退变可能是老年性聋的主要病 理基础。复聪片支持蜗内神经结构可能基于如下途径:①促进神经生长因子与其受体的结合。②通过保护毛细胞, 间接促进神经生长因子的产生。Objective To explore the therapeutic mechanism of Fucong Tablets on the presbycusis, Methods The nerve fibers in habenula perforta and spiral ganglion of aged rats were obsered in this project. Results Fucong Tablets could effectively support the neural element. Conclusion the research suggested that degeneration of neural elements in cochleae should be one of the major reasons for presbycusis. The maintenance of the neural elements should be related with the effects of Fucong Tablets as following: Promoting the nerve growth factor (NGF) to combine with its receptor. Protecting hair cell to produce indirectly neuraltrophin.
