抗晕平冲剂的药效学试验及临床观察

摘　　要：目的 研究抗晕平（颗粒）冲剂（ＫＹＰＣＪ）对血瘀动物模型眩晕相关因素的作用，并观察该药对眩晕临床的疗效。方法 采用血瘀模型大鼠、家兔及自发性高血压大鼠（ＳＨＲ），分别观察抗晕平冲剂对动物血液流变性、血小板聚集、尿量及血压的影响。并将２７０例眩晕病人分为两组，对比观察本剂的抗眩晕效果。结果 抗晕平冲剂明显降低血瘀大鼠的全血粘度；抑制血瘀大鼠的血小板聚集；对家兔有利尿作用；对ＳＨＲ有降压作用。该药用于治疗２７０例眩晕患者，有效率８５．７％。结论 抗眩晕冲剂对动物模型眩晕相关因素有显著影响，对眩晕病人有显著疗效。Objective To investigate the effects of Anti-vertigo granule(AVG) on vertigo and related pathological factors with the lesion clinically and experimentally. Method Experi- mental study Was done on the animal models with blood stasis in wistar rats, rabbits and sponta- neous hypertension rats (SHR) to evaluate the pathological correlation of blood viscosity, blood sedimentation, hematocrit, platelet aggregation, urine changes and blood pressure with vertigo, while clinical in vestigation was carried out among 270 patients with vertigo, who were divided into 2 groups, treating group and controlling one, to compare the therapeutic effect of AVG on vertigo between them. Results It was shown that AVG decreased significantly blood viscosity, inhibited platelet aggregation, promoted urination and lowered blood pressure in animals with blood stasis , and that AVG was very effective on vertigo clinically , with an effective rate of 85. 7%. Conclusion AVG can give significant effects on the pathological factors related with ver- tigo and has significant therapeutic effect on vertigo itself.
