利湿通口服液的研制和治疗渗出性中耳炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察自制利湿通口服液治疗渗出性中耳炎的疗效并行药理学和药效学实验。方法 以中草药为原料制备利湿通口服液，用于１８７例渗出性中耳炎的治疗，对照组２７例予服龙胆泻肝口服液，均治疗两个疗程。同时行药理、药效学实验。结果 总有效率治疗组９７．３％，对照组３３．３％，治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组（Ｐ＜０，００５）。经药效学实验证明，利湿通口服液具有抗炎、消水肿、抗过敏作用。结论 利湿通口服液治疗渗出性中耳炎，疗效确切。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Lishitong Oral Liguid(LOL) on exudative otitis media(EOM) and its pharmacological and pharmacodynamic efects on this condition. Methods LOL was prepared from herbal medicines based on TCM theory. Then, it was used to treat the cases of EOM in treating group (187 cases), while the patients in control- ling group (27 cases) were treated with Longdanxiegan Oral liquid, all being given two courses of therapy. Meanwhile, pharmacological and pharmacodynamic experiments were carried out on ani- mals. Results The total effective rate was 97.3% for treating gruop and 33.3% for controlling group respectively, with a significant difference between them (P<0.005). On the other hand, it was determined that LOL had the effects of anti-inflammation, reducing edema and anti-aller- gy, based on the animal experiments. Conclusion LOL can be used to treat EOM effectively.
