黄氏响声丸对咽部微循环影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 观察黄氏响声丸对咽部微循环的影响。方法 用自行组装的显微电视摄像装置及改良的活体标本制备技术，直接观察了１２只金黄地鼠在黄氏响声丸治疗前、后的咽颊囊微循环动态改变，并定量测定了毛细血管网点计数、毛细血管血流流态、及毛细血管管径等三项微循环参数。结果 黄氏响声丸组治疗前后自身对比显示毛细血管网交点计数、毛细血管血流流态两指标差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０５）；而对照组则无明显差异（Ｐ＞０．１）。结论 提示服用黄氏响声丸可增加实验动物局部微循环的毛细血管密度和改善其毛细血管血流流态，而这可能是黄氏响声丸产生临床疗效的病理生理基础之一。Objective To observe the effect of 'huang's adding sound pill' at the local microcirculation. Methods Us- ing an self assembled micro - videl - TV - series and a partial improved living sample making craft, to observe directly the mor- phology of microcirculation of 12 golden hamsters'cheek capsules before and after 'huang's adding soud pill'and quantitate their microcirculation indexes by computer image programmin system. Results The result showed that two above indexes (the junction of capillary network count and the state of capillary's flow) of experiment group had increased apparently comparing with control group(P < 0. 05 ), and there were very singificant difference before and after 'huang's adding sound pill'of experiment group itself (P < 0. 05). Couclusion lt suggests the 'huang's adding sound pill' could increase the junction of capillary network count and ameliorate the capillary's flow. Those maybe the Pathophysiologic base of clinical action of 'huang's adding soud pill'.
