广东省大中专学生因病休退学及死亡原因分析

摘　　要：目的　了解广东省大中专学生因病休退学和死亡情况 ,为做好大中专院校预防保健工作提供依据。方法　 1994～ 2 0 0 1年 ,每年抽取 10～ 12所普通高校和中等专科学校的全部在校学生进行因病休退学及死亡情况调查分析。结果　 1994～ 2 0 0 1年广东省大中专学生因病休退学率平均为1 5 8‰、死亡率平均为 0 13‰。大中专学生因病休退学率以 1994年为最高 (2 4 8‰ ) ,2 0 0 0年为最低(0 5 6‰ ) ,总体呈下降趋势。死亡率以 1995年为最高 (0 2 3‰ ) ,1994年为最低 (0 0 3‰ )。造成学生休退学的疾病以传染性疾病和精神性疾病为主 ,分别占 4 6 17%和 31 4 2 %。大中专学生均以一年级的休退学人数最多 ,分别占 5 4 7%、32 6 %。意外死亡是大学生死亡的主要原因。结论　应加强对学生的健康教育和安全教育 ,以降低大中专学生的因病休退学率和死亡率。Objective To explore the situation of leaving school because of disease and death and to guide the prevention and health care measures in school. Methods All students in 10～12 universities or technical secondary schools in Guangdong Province were sampled every year in 1994～2001. Results The average rates of leaving school because of disease and death were 1.58‰ and 0.13‰ respectively. The rate of leaving school because of disease dropped from the highest (2.48‰) in 1994 to the lowest (0.56‰) in 2000. The highest mortality rate was in 1995 (0.23‰) and the lowest in 1994 (0.03‰). Communicable disease and psychosis were the main causes of leaving school because of disease, which accounted for 46.17% and 31.42% respectively. Freshmen were the main students of leaving school because of disease, accounting for 54.7% in college and 32.6% in technical secondary school. Accident death was the main cause of death in college students. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the health promotion and safety education to decrease the rate of leaving school because of disease and death in the schools.
