摘　　要：In nuclear physics and application nuclear physics, experience formula of nuclear reaction total section has very important reality significance for theory calculation. Because heavy ion beams have dose-depth curve which is especially different from other conventional radiation therapy tumor, so heavy ion beams have an advantage in therapy tumor. It is an ideal therapy tumor method in the 21th century. But heavy ion beams may produce nuclear reaction with traversing tissue, so the primary beams will be reduced. At the same time,
