辣椒对豚鼠离体胆囊收缩运动的影响

摘　　要：在 6个标本上 ,研究了辣椒对豚鼠离体胆囊肌条收缩运动的影响及作用机制。结果表明 ,辣椒能增强豚鼠离体胆囊的收缩运动 ,且呈剂量效应关系。其作用可被消炎痛明显减弱 ,但不被阿托品所阻断。The effect of chilli on the contractive responses of muscle sttips of guinea pig were studied. It was found that chilli decoctions (1,2,4,6 and 8 mg/ml) could make the gallbladder muscle sttips contract markedly increase. Indomethacin (10 mg/L) could exerted markedly inhibitory effect on the contractive responses of gallbladder mduced by chilli, but its contractions did not blocked of an Aptropin.\;
