摘  要:目的 :探讨冠心病患者脂蛋白a(Lpa)浓度与α2 纤溶酶抑制物(α2 PI)活性的变化及二者相关性。方法 :实验分为冠心病组 (C组 )、其他心脏病组 (H组 )和健康对照组 (N组 ) ,在相同条件下检测各组Lpa和α2 PI。结果 :C组和H组Lpa分别为 42 1.13± 13 6.60mg/L和 2 67.82± 5 3 .97mg/L ;C组α2 PI为 96.88± 14 .10 % ,与N组(Lpa 185± 64 .5 0mg/L ,α2 PI 76.68± 18.2 0 % )比较其差异有显著或非常显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5~ 0 .0 1)。相关分析表明 :C组Lpa浓度越高 ,α2 PI活性也越高 ,呈明显正相关 (r =0 .5 4)。结论 :Lpa浓度升高时 ,α2 PI活性明显增加 ,两者协同抑制纤维蛋白溶解 。Objective: To investigate the change of lipoprotein(a)(Lpa) concentration and α 2 plasmin inhibitor (α 2 PI) activity and the relationship between Lpa and α 2 PI in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Method: 143 people were assigned into three groups,that was the healthy contral group (N, n=60); The CHD group(C, n=38);and the other heart disease group(H, n=45). Everyone was detemined Lpa and α 2 PI at same time.Results: Compared with group N, Lpa of group C and group H were statistically significant differences ( P <0.01).α 2 PI activety of group C was obviously increased ( P <0.01). but there were marked positive correlation between the level of Lpa and activety of α 2 PI in group C,( r=0.54, P<0.05). Conclusion: Higher level of Lpa may help atherosclerosis and thrombosis by rising activety of α 2 PI and inhibiting fibrolysis.
