腹腔镜下子宫切除后女性激素的观察

摘　　要：目的　研究使用腹腔镜切除子宫对病人卵巢激素的影响。方法　分别在手术前后对 2 0例腹腔镜子宫切除病人抽取血清 ,用化学发光法检测LH、FSH、E2 、P的水平。对照组为 2 0例开腹切除子宫病人。结果　在腹腔镜组E2 、P、LH、FSH值低于对照组 ,但统计学处理无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　结果显示腹腔镜子宫切除术与开腹子宫切除术一样 。Objective:Study of the influence in patient on ovarin hormone after laparoscope hysterectomy ,the purpose of this study was to watch the ovarian hormone after laparoscope hysterectomy.Methods:Serum LH, FSH, E 2, P level in patients with laparoscope hysterectomy 20 cases, laparoscope hysterectomy 20 cases were determined by access immuno assay system, preoperative and postoperative.Results:In laparoscope group LH, FSH, E 2, P were lower the control group ,but has no significant differences ( P >0. 05).Conclusions:On the basis of the examination,it can be stated that laparoscope hysterectomy doesn' t have an influenceof function of remaining ovaries.
