创伤性皮肤缺损延期植皮最佳植皮时机的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:明确创伤性皮肤缺损施行延期植皮术的最佳手术植皮时机。方法:用计算机全自动图象分析系统准确计算出各组的皮片成活率;用免疫组织化学SABC法显示皮片中(VECF进行染色)微血管,进行微血管定量分析。结果:创伤后1天、2天、3天、5天、7天、9天,分别对创伤性皮肤缺损区施行植皮术,发现不同时机植皮皮片的成活率不同(p<0.05)。免疫组化染色发现VEGF主要分布在微血管周围,微血管被染成棕色,切片背景清晰。造成创伤性皮肤缺损后3天,对皮肤缺损区植皮,皮片成活率最高,皮片中微血管密度也最高(p<0.01)。结论:造成皮肤缺损后第3天是对创面施行延期植皮术的最好时机。objective: To define the optimal operation opportunity of the delayed skin transplantation for traumatic skin damage . Method: The survival rates of all the skin grafts were accurately calculated by the image analysis system of computer and micro - vessels in the grafts were stained by immuno - histochemical technique. Result: The survival rates of different experimental groups differed greatly and microvessel density in different experimental groups were also different. Conclusion: The optimal oper- ation opportunity of the delayed skin transplantation is 3 days after traumatic skin damage.
