摘  要:目的:总结特大面积烧伤病人皮肤再生修复的临床治疗经验,提高治愈率。方法:对2000-2001两年来,6例特大面积烧伤病人,创面全程采用烧伤湿性医疗技术(MEBT/MEBO)综合治疗,浅Ⅲ度创面辅加“耕耘减张疗法”,深Ⅲ度创面无损伤性去除坏死层,同时加强全身治疗。结果:6例病人全部治愈,创面愈合时间最短46天,最长60天,四肢无畸形及功能障碍。结论:MEBT/MEBO综合治疗特大面积烧伤疗效显著,深Ⅲ度创面能实现无瘢痕愈合,无功能障碍。部分病例出院8个月随访,效果满意。objective: To sum up the experience with skin regenerative repair method for treating extraordinarily large area burn in order to promote curative rate. Method: All the wounds were treated with MEBT/MEBO. For superficial third degree burn ploughing and relaxation method was also applied, for deep third degree burn necrotic layer was removed without causing any damage and systemic treatment was also applied. Result; 6 cases were cured, the shortest wound healing time was 46 days and the longest 60 days. No deformity and no functional disturbance in limbs. Conclusion: MEBT/MEBO comprehensive treatment is very efficacious in treating extraordinarily large area burn. Deep burn wounds can be healed without scar formation and no functional disturbance. After followed ?up for 6 months, the results were satisfactory.
