摘　　要：目的介绍一种闭合房间隔缺损的微创伤非体外循环手术方法.方法对2002年1～12月在我院治疗的5例继发房间隔缺损患者经右前胸小切口直接闭合房间隔缺损.结果5例手术均1次成功,无残余分流,无封堵器脱落,平均住院时间7 d.结论该方法创伤小,操作简单,安全性高,具有推广应用价值.Objective To review our experience with a new surgical approach for closure of atrial septal defect (ASD) through a minimally invasive method without extracorporeal circulation. Methods Five female patients (agerange, 7-38 yeas) with secondary atrial septal defect ranging from 1.8 to 3.4 cm, underwent minimally invasive closure under ultrasonic cardiography guidance. Results The ASD was closed successfully in all of the 5 cases without residual shunt or displacement of occluder. The mean hospital stay was 7 days. Conclusion This minimally invasive surgical approach is an easy and safe voay for clinical application.
