人结肠小袋纤毛虫滋养体的电镜观察

摘　　要：目的研究人结肠小袋纤毛虫滋养体的超微结构特点。方法在扫描和透射电镜下观察。结果该虫呈椭圆形或卵圆形 ,体表有突起和小沟 ,纤毛从小沟内发出 ,胞口处有纤毛束 ,纤毛排列很有规律 ,其轴丝微管的“9+2”结构很清楚。虫体有大小核各一个 ,大核为肾形 ,小核圆形或三角形 ,位于大核的凹侧 ,大小核均有双层核膜和核孔。胞质内含有大量线粒体、食物泡和多糖颗粒。线粒体及粗面内质网分布在虫体的外周。结论与前人报道的基本相同 ,但在线粒体和粗面内质网上有所不同。ObjectiveThe ultrastructural features of Balantidium coli were studied.MethodsBy transmission and scanning electron microscopic method.ResultsThe trophozoite of Balantidium coli was ellipse or ovoid.The surface of the parasite had alternating ridges and furrows.The cilia arose from the furrows.There were cilia bunches in the cytostome in which the cilia were ranged in a regular form and their axoneme tubules were displayed by '9+2' pattern in cross section.A macronuleus and a micronuleus were seen in the parasite.The macronucleus was reniform in shape generally and the micronucleus appeared as spherical or triangular and layed closely to the concavity of the macronucleus.Both nuclei were bounded by a double layers of nuclear membrane on which the nuclear pores existed.The cytoplasm of the parasite contained a large number of mitochondria,food vacuoles and polysaccharide granules.Mitochondria and rough endoplasmic reticulum were usually located in the peripheral region of the parasite.ConclusionThe ultrastructural features of Balantidium coli were similar to that described by former scientists,but some different features were found in mitochondria and rough endoplasmic reticulum.
