国产ZQ型腔静脉支架治疗布-加综合征下腔静脉病变的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　探讨国产ZQ型腔静脉支架 (ZQS)治疗布 加综合征 (BCS)下腔静脉病变的临床疗效。方法　 16 1例BCS下腔静脉病变 ,在闭塞开通术及球囊扩张术的基础上 ,置入国产ZQS。结果　 16 1例共置入ZQS 16 5枚。其中置入 3节ZQS者 15 3例 (含 4例置入 2枚 3节ZSQ者 ) ,置入 2节ZQS者 6例 ,置入 4节ZQS者 1例。ZQS置入成功者 15 7例 ,成功率为 97.5 %。失败者 4例 ,占 2 .5 %。失败原因为支架位置不正或 /和展开不良。与支架置入相关的并发症 1例 ,为支架置入后急性血栓形成。随访 3～ 6 0个月 (平均 2 8.9月 ) ,6例出现再狭窄。结论　国产ZQ型腔静脉支架治疗BCS下腔静脉病变安全、有效 ,可以替代同类进口产品。Purpose To evaluate the effect of home-made ZQ-stent (ZQS) to treat Budd-Chiari syndrome (BCS). Methods 161 patients with BCS were treated with home-made ZQS after the recanalization and PTA. Results 165 ZQS were implanted in these 161 cases, in which 153 cases were treated with trisegments ZQS( including 4 cases, each placed with 2 trisegments ZQS); and 6 cases treated with bisegments ZQS and 1 case treated with tetrasegments ZQS. ZQS were successfully implanted in 157 cases, with success rate of 97.5%, and failed in 4 cases, with failure rate of 2.5%. Reasons of failure were displacement and/or deployment inadequately of ZQS. Complications related with stent implantation was acute thrombosis after placement, which occurred in one patient. In the 3-60 months (mean 28.9 months) follow-up, re-stenosis appeared in 6 cases. Conclusion Implantation of home-made ZQS to treat BCS is a safe and effective method.
