再生障碍性贫血患者骨髓和外周血红细胞免疫功能对比研究

摘　　要：再生障碍性贫血(再障)是骨髓增生不良性疾病,现已证实部分患者的发病与免疫功能紊乱有关,特别是细胞免疫功能紊乱在其发病中起重要作用。自从红细胞免疫提出后,已做了多方面研究,但再障患者的红细胞免疫特别是其骨髓中红细胞免疫功能研究报道较少。我们通过检测再障患者外周血液和骨髓红细胞免疫功能变化,以期了解红细胞免疫在再障发病中的作用。The object of this investigation was to examine the changes of immunological function in red blood cells (RBC) from bone marrow (BM) and peripheral blood (PB) in patients with aplastic anemia (AA), and to explore their role in the pathogenesis of AA. The rosette formation of RBC C3b and CIC (red cell immune complex) receptor was assayed. In the control group, there was no difference in C3b and CIC rosette forming rate between PB and BM. The C3b rosettes in PB and BM of control group were significantly higher than those in AA group. The difference of RBC CIC rosette forming rate was also existed between control and AA group, however, the difference was just converse of C3b. Our results suggested that immunological function of RBC was reduced in patients with aplastic anemia, which was more severe in bone marrow. It might be related to the pathogenesis of aplastic anemia.
