摘 要:采用昆明种小鼠78只,随机分成空白对照组、地塞米松组和抗缺氧中药组(35/kg、106g/kg、319g/kg),通过游泳试验和急性缺氧条件下的保护试验以观察中药合剂的抗缺氧效果。实验结果表明,抗缺氧中药合剂可显著提高小鼠的存活时间和存活率(P<001),但以中、小剂量为优,其存活时间超过地塞米松的1/3~1倍。中剂量在短时间内即可提高动物的抗缺氧耐力(游泳时间)(P<005),并呈现剂量—效应规律。提示本抗缺氧中药合剂具有较好的抗高原低氧的作用和提高低氧环境下的运动能力的作用。78Kunming mice were diveded into control group,Dexamethasone group,and traditional drug groups at 3 5g/kg,10 6g/kg,31 9g/kg at random.The effects of anti-anoxia of traditional drug were evaluated with protective test under acute anoxia and swimming test.The results showed that the existent time and existent rate of the drug groups were significantly ongger and hihger than those of control group and Dexamethasone group under acute anoxia in mice.The existent time of the drug groups at 10 6g/kg and 3 5g/kg was one third to one times longer than that of Dexamethasone group.Results also showed that swimming time of the drug group at 10 6g/kg was a highly significant statistical improvement after one hour ,and indicated a dose-effecf relationship.In short,there are effects of anti-anoxia and ability of improving activity with the drug.
