德阳耐火材料厂防尘效果20年动态观察

摘　　要：为了解德阳耐火材料厂长期治理粉尘所取得的防尘效果，本文对该厂１３５名接尘工人的粉尘危害进行了动态观察（１９７４～１９９４）。结果显示，自１９７８年开始全厂粉尘平均浓度稳定在２ｍｇ／或以下，符合国家粉尘卫生标准，粉尘检测合格率１０余年来保持在８５％以上；接尘工人除呼吸系统症状和疾病（咳嗽、咳痰、慢性鼻炎、慢性咽炎等）检出率升高和肺通气功能（ＦＶＣ、ＦＥＶ１、ＭＢＣ、ＦＥＶ１％）降低外，未发现１例尘肺患者，取得了极好的社会和经济效益。In order to understand the effect of dust prevention in Deyang factory of fireproof material,135 workers exposed to dust in this factory were followed up for hazard of dust from 1974 to 1993.The results showed that the mean dust concentrations in whole factory had continuously keeped to around 2mg/since 1978 ,and the gualified rates of dust concentration detection according nith the standard were always above 85% in more than 10 years.No one silicosis was found except the detectable rate of symptoms of breath system and diseases (cough,cough up phlegm,chronic rhinitis,chronic pharyngitis etc.)increased and the pulmonary ventilation function(FVC,FEV1,MBC,FEV1%)decraesed.The social and economic results were remarkable.
