摘 要:选取某铝厂工人66 人,观察血清氟、尿氟浓度,血清IL- 8 及NO含量变化情况。结果显示:和对照组比较,氟暴露组血清氟浓度和尿氟浓度明显增高;血清IL- 8 含量高工龄组升高,而低工龄组无变化;血清NO 含量低工龄组升高而高工龄组降低。提示机体染氟后通过各种正向或反向调节维持正常的免疫应答。其中IL- 8 及NO参与了复杂的免疫调节。workers from a certain aluminium plant were selected to study the changes of [F -]in serum and urine,IL 8 and NO contents in serum.The results showed that comparing with the control,of the exposure group,[F -]in serum and urine increased;IL 8 content in serum increased in high standing group,there no change in low standing group;NO content in serum incresed in low standing group and decreased in high standing group.It indicated that bodies maintained the normal immune response through positive or opposite immune regulation after being exposed to fluoride,IL 8 and NO all took part in this complicate course.
