摘　　要：本文分析了中美两国有关著作权集体管理组织的法律规定及现状 。The paper analyzes the legal prescription and status about performing rights society in China and the United States of America.In terms of legal compatibility,it is to discuss and explore about how to improve and perfect the collective management organization for copyright,it aims for further discussion.
