摘  要:目的 :观察有机铬对实验性糖尿病大鼠的降血糖作用。方法 :用葡萄糖氧化酶法观察了口服有机铬 4 0 0μg/ kg.d及80 0μg/ kg.d连续 84 d的四氧嘧啶所致糖尿病大鼠血糖水平。结果 :每日 80 0μg/ kg体重组和 4 0 0μg/ kg体重组血糖与糖尿病模型组相比较均有明显下降 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。每日 80 0μg/ kg体重组血糖浓度虽仍比正常组高 ,但已无显著差异(P>0 .0 5 ) ,每日 4 0 0μg/ kg体重组血糖浓度虽比糖尿病模型组有明显下降但与正常组相比较仍有显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论Objective:To observe the effects of Organic Chromium on decrease in blood sugar in diabetic rat.Method:By the method of GOD-PAP, we observed the effect of Organic Chromium (Po.Cr 3+ 400μg/kg.d)/(Po. Cr 3+ 800μg/kg.d) for 84 days on the level of sugar of diabetic rats induced by alloxan. Results:Compared with diabetic control group, blood sugar of Organic Chromium (Po.Cr 3+ 400μg/kg.d) and (Po. Cr 3+ 800μg/kg.d) was obviously decreased(P<0.05).There was not obviousl difference in blood sugar between Organic Chromium (Po. Cr 3+ 800μg/kg.d) and normal control group, although the blood sugar of Organic Chromium (Po. Cr 3+ 800μg/kg.d) group still higher than normal control group (P>0.05) .But there was obviously difference in blood sugar between Organic Chromium (Po. Cr 3+ 400μg/kg.d) group and normal control group(P<0.05).
