摘　　要：为探讨超声对甲状旁腺疾病的诊断价值,本文总结了35例拟诊为甲状旁腺疾病的甲状旁腺声像图及临床特点。超声对3例原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进患者的诊断符合率为100％,对31例疑为继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进患者的诊断符合率为71％,对1例无功能性甲状旁腺囊肿仅作定性诊断。所有病例均经手术病理和/或临床证实。由此可见超声对甲状旁腺疾病有较高的诊断价值。Purpose: To evalute the value of high - resolutional ultrasonography for diagnosing parathyroid diseases. Methods: 35 cases of suspected parathyroid diseases were detected with gray scale US and color doppler sonogrphy. All the cases were confirmed with the pathology and/or clinical properties. Results : According to the results of biochemical analysis and pathology, the cases were classified into three groups: Group A with primary hyperparathyroidism (HPT) (n = 3) , the diagnostic accuracy was 100% , group B with secondary HPT(n = 31), the accurary was 71% and group c with disfunctional parathyroid cyst (n = 1) , which was not diagnosed correctly by US. Conclusions: Ultrasonogrphy is a useful tool on diagnosing parathyroid diseases.
