摘  要:本文利用腔内超声检查的特点,将阴道超声检查、USHSG和CDPI技术结合于一体,对75例妇科疾病患者进行检查,并根据实时动态超声图像特证进行综合分析。目的 提高对子宫内膜病变和输卵管病变的检出率。材料和方法 在实时阴道超声及CDPI状态下,利用超声声学造影剂代替碘油行子宫输卵管造影及通液术,观察子宫内膜和输卵管异常超声图像。结果:75例患者中,子宫内膜病变23例,输卵管病变41例,内膜和输卵管联合病变11例。其中输卵管通畅37例(49.3%),输卵管久通畅22例(29.3%),输卵管不通畅16例(21.3%)。结论 阴道超声下行USHSG检查是一种有效、简便、损伤小的方法,且包含检查、诊断和治疗的综合功能,对子宫内膜和输卵管病变的影像学诊断有一定的临床意义。Purpose To improve the detectable rate of endometrium lesion and tubal lesion. Methods In the model of real-time scan of TVS and CDPI, Proceed hysterosalplngography and patency test using ultrasonic contrast media instead of iodipin and observer the utero-tubal ultrasonographic images under the conditions of transvagmal sonography and Color Doppler Power Imaging (CDPI), 75 patients were observed by transvagmal sonography , ultrasonographic hysterosalplngography (USHSG) and CDPI, analysed the character of dynamic ultrasound imaging. Results There are 23 cases of endomctnal lesion, 41 cases of oviduct lesions , 11 cases of endometrial lesions combined with tubal lesions. 37 cases with patent oviduct (49.3%) ,22 cases with less patent oviduct(29- 3%), 16 cases with occluded oviduct (21. 3%). Conclusion USHSG under transvagmal sonography is an useful and simple method with slight invasive. Its synthesis function has clinical significance in the sonographic diagnosis of endometria and tuble lesions.
