摘  要:目的观察应用经深低温冷冻的胎儿骨异体移植修复骨缺损的临床应用结果。方法自1993至1996年应用经-80℃深低温冷冻的16~24W胎儿股骨、胫骨和肱骨异体移植治疗骨缺损28例,其中手内生软骨瘤11例,长骨干骨折不愈合10例,掌骨缺损3例,指骨缺损4例。术后不用免疫抑制剂。结果随访6个月至3年,切口均Ⅰ期愈合,未发生急性排斥反应。骨缺损术后2~5个月骨性愈合。结论胎儿骨抗原性弱,经深低温冷冻可进一步降低其抗原性,是修复小范围骨缺损的良好材料。Objective To observe the clinical effect of transplantation with fetal bone undergone deep freezing for repairing bone defect. Methods 28 cases of bone defects including 11 enchondroma in hand, 10 nonunion in fracture of long diaphysis, 3 metacarpal bone defect and 4 phalanx defect were repaired with homologous graft of fetal bone stored in deep frozen -80. The fetal bone we used included femur, tibia and humerus, and the gestational age was 16 to 24 weeks. No immunosuppressive drugs were used after operation. Results Follow-up survey for 6 months to 3 years, the incisions all healed successfully and 2 to 5 months after operation the bone defects we repaired with fetal bone were all knitting. The acute rejection didn't happen. Conclusion The antigenicity of fetal bone is weak, and it will be reduced by deep freezing more. The fetal bone is one of the nice materials for repairing short bone defect.
