摘　　要：本文从组织建设、基础设施建设、专业队伍建设、标准化建设及现代化建设五个方面论述了医院病案科 (室 )建设中存在的问题 ,并针对这些问题提出自己的思考观点。This article discusses the questions of how to construct the case record department in hospital in 5 aspects: organization, basic installations, professional team of talent, standardization and modernization. And also presents some viewpoints about the questions mentioned above.
