摘  要:用真空离子镀技术在L316医用不锈钢表面镀上一层氨化钛薄膜,制成氮化钛-不锈钢复合体,并以纯钛及医用L316不锈钢作对照,植入60只小白鼠的胫骨内.经扫描电镜等观察结果表明:氮化钛-不锈钢复合体及纯钛材料与骨之间都形成骨整合及纤维整合界面,但是,氮化钛-不锈钢复合体比纯钛材料骨性结合界面形成早。TiN-L316 ceramic composite implants, formed by ion-planting technique, are placed into the tibia of 60 mice and compared with pure titanium and L316 medical stainless steel as controls.Through transmission microscope, SEM and EPMA, the results indicate that the interface of TiN-L316 medical stainless steel implants is osseointegrated and that of pure titanium is fibrously osseointegrated. The formation of new bone is earlier and more active and the interface in osseointegration is formed earlier in TiN-L316 medical stainless steel than that in L316 medical staiuless steel and pure titanium.
