超热异构内毒素对吗啡成瘾小鼠戒断后体重的影响

摘　　要：每日递增剂量小鼠皮下注射吗啡，使小鼠对吗啡依赖，7d后用纳络酮催促成断或自然戒断．在戒断前皮下注射超热异构内毒素，观察成痛各组小鼠体重变化纳终酿催促成断和自然戒断中给予超热异构内毒素的小鼠体重较对照组恢复快．结果表明。To make mice depend on morphine, morphine was infected subcutaneously by the dose insreased daily. Four days later, the mice were withdrawn with naloxone or naturally. The changes of mice's weight were observed by means of subcutaneous injection of the super-heat isomeric endotoxin before withdrawal. The result showed that this group recovered their weight very quickly than control group. It just indicates that the super-heat isomeric endotoxin is of great help to the treatment for the mice with addiction.
