伤痛胶囊的药理学研究——主要药效学试验

摘　　要：目的 观察伤痛胶囊的药效情况 :方法 取伤痛胶囊作治疗组 ,活血止痛胶囊作对照组 ,分别观察小鼠的耳廓微循环 ,对二甲苯可致的耳片肿胀情况 ,及醋酸所致的小鼠致痛的扭体反应。结果 伤痛胶囊可显著增加小鼠耳廓的细动脉管径及毛细血管的开放数 ,以大、中剂量尤为明显 ;有显著的消除自身血瘀作用 ;能抑制二甲苯所致的耳肿胀 ,并减少醋酸所致疼痛的扭体数 ,具有镇痛作用。结论伤痛胶囊具有活血祛瘀、消肿止痛作用。Objective To observe the pharmacodynamics of ZhangShiShangTong capsule(ZSSTC). Methods Mice accepted ZSSTC as treatment group,while mice accepted HuoXueZhiTong capsule(HXZTC)as control group.Mice's auricle microcirculation was observed to respondence of swelling of dimethylbenzene and pain of acetic acid. Results ZSSTC could increase significantly mice auricle microartery caliber and opening capillary number,especially in large and middling dosage.ZSSTC could obviously repress the respondence of swelling of dimethylbenzene and pain of acetic acid. Conclusion ZSSTC has effect of vanishing ecchymosis and relieving swelling and pain.
