摘  要:研究了用于合成线性低密度聚乙烯的高活性乙烯气相聚合催化剂中Ti(OBu)4组分含量对乙烯聚合的影响,发现随Ti(OBu)4含量的提高,催化剂的活性增大并出现一最大值。研究催化剂催化乙烯/1-丁烯共聚反应结果表明,催化剂具有良好的1-丁烯共聚性能,催化效率在1-丁烯摩尔分数为5%左右达到最大值。用DSC和13CNMR分析和表征共聚产物,发现制备的共聚产物中单体链节序列分布具有一定的嵌段性。Gaseous phase polymerization of ethylene was studied in the presence of such highly active catalysts as TiCl4,Ti(OBu)4/MgCl2,ZnCl2 , SiO2/alcohol/AlR3 which were prepared by precipitating-reaction procedure.C atal ytic efficiency increased to a maximum value with the increase of amount of Ti(O Bu)4 introduced.Copolymerization of ethylene-1-butylene was conducted on the very catalyst.Catalytic efficiency of ethylene-1-butylene copolymerization was high er than that of homopolymerization of ethylene and gave a maximum value at n(B )/n(B+E) =5%.Characterization of copolymer products by means of DSC and 13C NM R reveals a block-type distribution of ethylene and butylene.
