摘 要:对抚顺石化分公司乙烯装置中乙烯精馏塔塔釜乙烯残量偏高的原因进行分析,认为部分塔板的雾沫夹带量过大而导致塔板效率偏低。分析认为,可以采用矩形悬挂降液管提高降液管能力、增加鼓泡面积,解开精馏塔的通量瓶颈。采用DJ-3型塔板替换原浮阀塔板,实现不动塔体改造。改造后,该塔分离效果达到设计要求,同时乙烯生产能力从140kt/a扩大到200kt/a,证实矩形悬挂降液管塔板适用于高压精馏塔。Operation of the ethylene splitter in Fushun Petrochemical Co.was carefully investigated. The large entrainment leading to low tray efficiency,and high ethylene residual at the bottom of the column were two key problems under consideration. DJ-3 trays with rectangular suspending downcomers of high capacity enabling the enlargement of the free area of the tray were used to replace the original valve trays on a 1-for-1 basis,without additional requirement of any parallel column in revamp. The targets of revamp was completely reached. Ethylene production increased from 140 kt/a to 200 kt/a. The tray with rectangular downcomers was proved to be adequate and reliable for high pressure fractionation system.
