摘　　要：通过对HP2 95冶炼过程中工艺参数、设备、操作等因素的分析统计 ,找出了连铸坯产生表面裂纹的重要影响因素 ,从而使HP2 95连铸坯无缺陷率大幅提高。Via the statistics and analysis to the process parameters, equipments and operations during the process of smelting HP295 steel, the important influential factors were derived which lead to the surface cracks of continuous casting billet . Then the surface non-defect rate of HP295 continuous casting billet were improved dramatically.
