摘 要:目的分析1999年以来郑州市大气单因子污染指数(pi)与儿童上呼吸道感染门诊疾病构成比(Y)之间的相关性,并确定大气污染物中的主要致病污染物。方法用化学分析法测定大气中各主要污染物含量,用单纯整群抽样法进行儿童上呼吸道感染疾病构成比的调查,用多元线性回归和多元逐步回归分析法分析pi和Y的相关性。结果1999年郑州市大气中各污染物对污染程度的大小顺序为TSP>NOx>SO2。PSO2、PNOX、PTSP与Y的相关系数分别为0.909(P=0.000),0.740(P=0.006),0.759(P=0.004)经多元线性回归和多元逐步回归分析提示大气污染物中SO2与Y有密切关系。PSO2与Y的线性回归方程式为:Y=0.06246+0.126Pso2。结论郑州市大气污染物中SO2为主要致病(上呼吸道感染)因子。PSO2与Y存在线性回归方程。TSP、NOX与SO2有协同作用。本研究可为医疗卫生部门提供上呼吸道感染的病因分析、疾病的预报及防治措施的建议。Aim:To stndy the correlation between air single factor Pollution pi and y of the upper respiratory tract for children in Zheng Zhou city 1999,and decide its main pathogenicpollutant substance. Methods:Using chemical analysable waye determine each pollutant substance in the air.Using the simple hole sample method investigates Y of the forming rate of the upper retspiratory tradr disease for children.Using pluralism linear regression and pluralismprogressiv regression analyse the ralation ship between Pi and Y. Results:1999in Zheng Zhoucity the sequence of pollutants by contributing to pollution was TSP>NOX>SO2.The relationship coefficient between PSO2?PNOX?PTSP and Y partly was 0.909(P=0.000),0.740(P=0.006),0.759(P=0.004).Prompted by pluralism Linear regression and pluralism progressive regression in Zheng Zhou city ,SO2 and Y in air pollution has closed relationship. TSP and NOx has coordinated action.PSO2 and Y′s Linear regression equation is Y=0.06246+0.126 PSO2. Conclusion: In air pollutant substance of Zheng Zhou city, SO2 is themain pathogenic factor, PSO2 and Y contain Linear Regression equation,TSP and NOx has coordinated Pathogenic action. This studying can provide the forecast for Y of the infection of the upper respiratory tract, the pathogenic analysing and the suggestion about prevention and cure for medical and health departments.
