摘  要:利用丙酮浸渍法提取了银杏、艾蒿、大黄、紫草、青蒿以及独活等11种中草药中的抗病毒活性物质,并以西瓜花叶病毒2号(Watermelonmosaic2potyvirus,WMV-2)为供试毒源,在西葫芦上对提取物进行了室内生物防效测定和叶绿素含量测定。结果表明,青蒿和独活的丙酮提取物对西瓜花叶病的相对防效达47.68%和49.07%,显著高于对照,具有较好的预防效果。且经提取物处理的西葫芦的叶绿素的含量显著高于发病对照而低于空白对照和病毒A治疗对照,其对西瓜花叶病毒2号具有一定的抗性作用,其活性成分可能具有体外钝化病毒或诱导系统获得抗性的作用。The resistance effect of acetone extracts materials from Ginkgobiloba L., Artemisia annua L., Angelica pubescens L., Rheum officinale Baill, other and else 11 Chinese herbal medicine were studied. WMV-2 was inoculated onto summer squash. The test determined the resistance effect of the materials on summer in greenhouse. The result showed that, these materials from Artemisia annua L. and Angelica pubescens L. have resistance effect for WMV-2, the rate of biological control effect was above 47.68% and 49.07% respectively. The chlorophyl of treated summer squash was higher significant than that of diseased CK and was less than that of the check and the general virusicide on market.
