摘  要:本文研究了在弱酸介质中,铁催化过氧化氢还原次甲基蓝使其褪色这一指示反应及其动力学条件,并测定了反应的动力学参数,探讨了反应机理,据此建立了高灵敏地测量痕量铁的新方法,该方法线性范围为0~20μg/L,检出限为3.4×10^(-6)g/L。本方法简便,分析费用低,可直接用于环境水样中痕量铁的测定。A kinetic spectrophotometric method for determination of trace iron(Ⅲ) was established. It was based on the Fe (Ⅲ) catalyzed the discoloring reaction of hydrogen peroxide (H_2O_2) reduced methylene blue in the presence of HAc-NaAc solution. The limit of detection is 3.4×10~6g/L.The rang of determination is 0~20ug/L. The optimum reaction conditions and the kinetic parameters of was determined.
