摘　　要：目的 :建立RP HPLC法测定复方甲硝唑片中甲硝唑和维生素B6的含量。方法 :采用Shim packCLC ODS柱 (4 .6mm× 2 0 0mm ,5 μm) ,甲醇 水 (30∶70 )为流动相 ,2 90nm为检测波长 ,外标法测定含量。 结果 :甲硝唑和维生素B6的线性范围分别为 5 0～ 5 0 0 μg·ml-1(r=0 .9996 ) ,5～ 5 0 μg·ml-1(r =0 .9998) ,平均回收率分别为 10 0 .2 % (RSD =0 .93% ) ,99.5 %(RSD =0 .4 2 % ) ,n =6。结论 :RP HPLC法测定复方甲硝唑片中甲硝唑和维生素B6的含量 ,方法准确 ,操作简便 ,结果可靠。Objective: To establish a method for determination of metronidazole and Vitamin B 6 in compound metronidazole tablets by RP-HPLC.Method: RP-HPLC with Shim-pack CLC-ODS column( 4.6 mm×200 mm 5 μm) was used The mobile phase was methanol-water(30∶70). Detecting wave-length was at 290 nm. External standard method was employed.Result: The calibration curves were linear within a range of 50～500 μg/ml (r= 0.999 6) for metronidazole and 5～50 μg/ml(r= 0.999 8) for vitamin B 6, respectively. The average recoveries were 100.2%(RSD= 0.93%) and 99.5%(RSD= 0.42%), respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, and reliable.
