摘　　要：叙述了上海市电力公司为了加快建设国际一流的现代化电网,从配电业务管理和信息化建设的角度出发,建立对全公司配电业务全过程的一体化控制与管理的业务功能规范,以实现公司配电生产管理模式、业务流程统一的规范化管理的基本思想与功能框架,并分别对已编的《上海市电力公司配电生产管理功能规范》、《上海市电力公司设备台帐数据字典规范》、《上海市电力公司电网设备运行图符标准》、《上海市电力公司GIS 数据建模规范》的主要内容作了说明。The necessity and importance of the compilation of business function codes were explained.For the sake of speeding up the process of building a'safe,reliable,high quality,highly efficient and economically operating'global first class modern distribution grid and starting from the aspect of distribution business management and the application of IT technology,a series of business function codes to accomplish the unified control and management of the whole company's distribution business process was worked out in order that the normalized administration of the unification of distribution business model and business process can be realized at last.Moreover the main contents of the pub[ished'Distribution production management code of Shanghai Municipal Electric Power Company','Equipment ledger data dictionary code of Shanghai Municipal Electric Power Company','Network equipment operation icon criteria of Shanghai Municipal Electric Power Company'and'GIS data modelling code of Shanghai Municipal Electric Power Company'were also illus- trated.
