集中处理站老化油处理工艺的探讨

摘　　要：通过对集中处理站老化油形成原因的分析,论述了老化油对原油脱水带来的危害,老化油乳状液的导电性明显高于原油乳状液;乳化液的颗粒分散体具有较大稳定性;老化油回掺到原油脱水系统,将对原油脱水造成严重的不良影响。通过对老化油性质的研究,提出了几种老化油的单独处理工艺。Analysed the formation reason of aging oil on central treatment station,discussed the negative effect to dehydration caused by aging oil. The conductivity of aging oil emulsion is obviously higher than of crude oil emulsion;the dispersing medium of emulsion has more stability;The blending of aging oil back to dehydration system will cause serious negative effect to crude dehydration. On the basis of feature study of aging oil,Worked out the treatment technology separately for the aging oil.
