摘  要:综述了国内外关于疫苗分离纯化的研究进展 ,系统介绍了目前可用作各类疫苗 (尤其是基因工程疫苗 )分离纯化的方法。沉淀和离心等传统分离技术在各类疫苗的分离纯化中应用广泛 ,层析技术和其它分离技术的结合已成为疫苗分离纯化的主流 ,新型膜技术和亲和层析在基因工程亚单位疫苗分离纯化中的作用引人注目。The current state of development in the research of isolation and purification of vaccine is reviewed. The various separation technologies,which have been utilized for vaccine separation,along with different applications,are also described. A series of chromatographic technologies and new methods in separation are applied to the purification of new vaccine,in contrast to the technologies of centrifugation and sedimentation applied to the isolation of traditional vaccine. Novel membrane and affinity chromatography play a significant role in the purification of recombinant subunit vaccines. The technical challenges facing some difficulties in cost and large-scale level,etc,are highlighted and the work for future is discussed.
