摘 要:对甘蔗收获机的扶蔗机构进行概念设计 ,采用构思设计法 ( Beitz)构建部件的功能原理解和设计过程模型 ,并对原理解进行功能分解 ;对概念设计所产生的概念样机进行发散性创新设计 ,建立满足功能要求的虚拟概念样机 ;针对传统螺旋扶蔗机构 ,采用 TRIZ创新设计方法 ,提出了能够解决传统螺旋扶蔗器对严重顺倒伏和较小程度的侧顺。A conceptual design about the holding device of sugar cane harvester was developed by Beitz method, the function principle explain and design process model of key parts were built, and the function analysis of principle explain was made in this paper. The innovative design of conceptual prototype generated by conceptual design was made and a virtual conceptual prototype that satisfied all the functional requests was built in this work. Aiming at the traditional helical holding device of sugar cane harvester, the author presented a new holding device of sugar cane harvester that fit different serious forward lodging and small degree side forward lodging, side athwart lodging gestures, for such conditions a traditional helical holding device of sugar cane harvester can not work well.
