摘 要:研究从细胞膜保护酶水平上明确抗氧化剂可改善月季切花失水胁迫耐性的机理 ,选用中度耐失水品种‘Lambda’和耐失水品种‘BlueCard’。抗氧化剂为 3g·L-1的抗坏血酸和 10 μmol·L-1的 β 胡萝卜素 ,在失水胁迫处理前 8℃下茎基吸收 12h。失水胁迫以温度 2 2~ 2 5℃、相对湿度为 30 %~ 5 0 %干置 2 4h。处理结束时 ,上述 2品种未经抗氧化剂处理的对照花材的花朵水势分别降到 - 1.31和 - 1.15MPa;2种抗氧化剂都能显著提高月季切花失水胁迫后瓶插期间花朵和叶片水势 ,降低花瓣相对电导率和MDA含量 ,维持花瓣相对稳定的SOD和POD活性水平。结果说明 2种抗氧化剂抗坏血酸和 β 胡萝卜素能够延缓月季切花‘Lambda’和‘BlueCard’衰老进程和延长切花瓶插寿命 ,与提高了细胞膜保护酶活性相关。This research is aimed to investigate the principles that exogenous anti-oxidants improve the tolerance to water deficit stress at the level of enzyme activities related to protection of lipid-membrane peroxidation in cut rose (Rosa hybrida). Tow cultivars, ‘Lambda’ with middle range tolerance to water deficit stress, and ‘Blue Card’ with strong tolerance to water deficit stress, were used as materials. Anti-oxidants, 3 g·L -1 ascorbic acid and 10μmol·L -1 β-carotene were taken in through stems of the flowers for 12h at 8℃ before 24h water deficit stress at 22~25℃ and 30%~50% relative humidity. Water potentials of flowers without anti-oxidant absorption were lowered to -1.31 MPa and -1.15MPa in ‘Lambda’ and ‘Blue Card’ respectively after water deficit stress. Water potentials of flowers and leaves increased significantly in the treatments of anti-oxidants compared with the control, while relative elective conductivity and MDA content decreased, and stable levels of the activities of SOD and POD maintained in the treated flowers. However, more stable and effective results for improvement in water deficit stress, were obtained in ascorbic acid treatment when compared withβ-carotene. These results suggested that the increase of the enzyme activities related to protection of lipid-membrane peroxidation might be involved in delaying of flower opening and senescence, and prolonging of vase life by the treatment of anti-oxidants.
