住院常见病种付费标准的制订方法探讨

摘　　要：以无并发症、年龄小于等于60岁且无伴随疾病的阑尾切除术及无伴随疾病的剖宫产两个常见病种作为研究对象。以上海市44家二级甲等以上综合性医院这2个病种的平均费用作为社会平均费用;通过专家咨询,确定这2个常见病种的基本标准费用;以病种的基本标准费用与社会平均费用的加权作为病种付费标准。此法可对医院(医疗供方)控制疾病的治疗费用及优化诊疗程序起到积极的作用。Two common diagnosed related group d iseases are selected to be discussed,which are appendectomy and caesarean section.We got the social average expenditure of the two diseases from 44general hospitals of Shan ghaii and make the basic standardized expendi ture of the two diseases from the cons ulation of experts.The standardize d payment of the two diseases has coligated from t he social average expenditure and th e basic standardized expenditure.I t is useful method to control the treatment expe nditure and to optimize the procedur e of diagnose and treatment of disease.
