摘　　要：目的:分析做肝叶切除手术的肝癌病人住院费用构成及其影响因素。方法:采用统计描述、方差分析等方法对病案首页数据进行分析。结果:有无院内感染和有无并发症,以及住院病人的费用别、在职标志别、职业别是影响住院费用的主要因素。结论:认为手术费、护理费和治疗费在住院总费用中所占比重太小,并针对性地提出一些临床医生应重视的问题。Objective To explore the constitution and affe cting factors of hospitalization co st of inpatients of heptic carci-noma receiving lobectomy of liver.Methods Analase the datum of the first page of eases by using statistics description and ANOVA.Results the main factors affecting hospital zation cost include nosocomial infe ctions ?complications ?type of payment ?type of incumbency and occupation,e t al.Conclusion The cost of operation?attendance and treatment are low in p roportion as the total cost of hospitalization,and put forward some questions pertin ently which clinical doctors should attend seriously.
