摘  要:泡罩塔是板式塔的一种,因其特有的“升气管——泡罩”结构,使得前人对其的研究远没有象对筛板塔的研究那样深入。本文采用双头电导探针对单泡罩塔板上泡罩的鼓泡情况进行了测试,并对探针测试信号进行了小波变换和能谱分析,结果表明:单泡罩鼓泡在齿缝速度为8.45~10.65m/s范围内有一不变的主频,约4.5Hz;电导探针测试信号的平均小波能谱和尺度服从幂律关系,能谱指数β的值在1.6332~2.1273之间;单泡罩塔板上探针测试信号具有分形特征,分形维数为1.4364~1.6834。Bubble-cap tray is a sort of plate tower. Owing to its particular 'lift pipe-bubble-cap' configuration, up to now, study on bubble-cap tray has not been done thoroughly yet. The time-series measured by double-sensor conductivity probe on single bubble-cap tray plate have been analyzed by using the wavelet transform and energy spectrum. It has been found that firstly, there lies in an invariable frequency(it is about 4. 5Hz)for bubbling of single bubble-cap when the gas velocity through rack gap ranges from 8.45m/s to 10.65m/s; secondly, the relationship between wavelet energy spectrum of the time-series measured by conductivity probe and scale follows power law, moreover the value of energy spectrum exponent is 1.6332 -2. 1273; finally, the test signals possess fractal characteristic, their fractal dimension varies from 1.4364 to 1.6834.
