摘　　要：目的　建立一种用 4对不同引物快速鉴定鼠疫耶尔森菌的PCR方法。方法　分别采用 4对针对V抗原 ,caf1,pla和inv 4种基因的引物 ,在 4只管中进行相同循环参数的扩增。结果　用这 4对引物能特异性地扩增出鼠疫耶尔森菌 2 17,478,52 4,2 95bp的目的DNA片段。结论　该法可用于鼠疫耶尔森菌简便、快速和准确的检测。ObjectiveTo develop a rapid method for the i dentification of Yersinia pestis by four round of PCRs using four pairs specific primer for its four gene target regions.MethodsUnder the same cycles condition, to amplify res pectively caf1, pla and V antigen, inv gene with four pairs specific primers.ResultsFour DNA fragments, MW of 217,478, 524, 295 bp, had been amplified by these specific primers pairs, respectively.ConclusionsPCR of using multiple primer pairs is a co nvenient and simple method for the more specific identification of Yersinia pest is.
