摘　　要：介绍插入式振动器的机械原理、特点,给出了使用中的主要影响因素是混凝土的厚度、振动棒的漏振等,并介绍了维修保养的几种方法:即对振动器定期检测,使电机电阻值≥0.5MΩ,软轴磨损面超过30%时及时更换。Mechanic theory and character of insert vibrator is introduced, the main influence factor in use and the method of maintenance.These factors are referred to as the thickness of concrete, the lackness of vibration of pugging bar.The maintenance and service method is as follows:to measure and check the vibrator periodically, so as to make resistence value be at ≥0.5 MΩ.When the friction area worn off is over 30%, replacement of soft axis should be done.
