摘　　要：对IPP库的结构和特点进行了介绍,以H.263编码器为例提出了合理使用IPP库优化视频编码的方法,并对优化的结果进行了比较和分析。This paper provides detailed analysis of IPP structure and character.H.263encoder is cited as an example to describe some general methods for IPP optimization.Finally,the comparison of the speed and the quality of the H.263en-coder is made to verify the effect of optimization.[
