摘 要:本文详细比较了原有色行业标准与美铝标准的异同 ,从空气动力学理论分析推导出两标准的一致性 ,并通过计算说明本次修改标准的依据和结果 ,以及仪器制造需保证的精度 ;用喷动床理论计算出按标准进行测定时流态化管内氧化铝的循环速率。在此基础上研制的设备经多项测试达到了自动化程度高、操作简便、测定结果重现性好等目的 。Standards of Alcoa and former non-ferrous metal industry are compared in detail. Consistency of two standards are analyzed and derived from the theory of aerodynamics. The basis and results of this standard modification and the accuracy to be guaranteed in manufacture of this determinator is introduced through calculation. Circulating rate of alumina in fluidized tube is calculated by jet bed theory during measuring based on this standard. The instrument developed is high automatic, easy operation and good repeatability after many different tests, which provides reliable standard and instrument for product quality assessment for Chalco.
