三电平逆变器中点电位波动控制方法的研究

摘　　要：三电平逆变器控制的一个重要问题是中点电位波动.针对二极管嵌位三电平逆变器的中点电位波动问题,提出了根据负载电流、中点电位波动方向以及作用的电压来选取电平作用模式来控制中点电位波动的方法.仿真结果表明,采用改变电平作用模式的方法可以有效地控制中点电位波动.A key problem in PWM control technique is the fluctuation of neutral point potential. A new technique is put forward for the control of the fluctuation of the neutral point potential of three level NPC inverters. The key of the technique is that level action modes are selected according to the directions of load current and neutral point potential fluctuation and the applied voltage. Simulation results show that the fluctuation of the neutral point potential can be effectively controlled using this technique.
